Signed in the lower left corner and titled in pencil under the matt, "Boulders" and her painting # on it reads, "#6967"

Harriett E. Trever Bennett was born on July 17, 1914. Bennett received a BFA degree from the University of Southern California and further studied at Pasadena Art Institute. She was an interior designer until 1968 when she opted to be a painter and art teacher. She died in Apple Valley, CA on Apri 13, 2005. Best known for desert landscapes, she signed them, "Trever Bennett."
